Payment terms are defined in each individual project proposal or contract. A non-refundable advance or retainer may be required before work begins. Once project work has commenced, refunds are not applicable except in exceptional circumstances, determined at Chariot's sole discretion. Final deliverables will be released only after full payment has been received. All payments must be made in the currency stated in the agreement (INR, USD, etc.) and within the payment window specified.
